Return/Exchange Policy
Spiritual Food LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus the original Shipping & Handling. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A tracking number is required for all returns. If a return was requested due to an error made by Spiritual Food LLC e.g. we shipped an incorrect item or an item was damaged/defective we will refund the S&H paid and pay for the return shipping label.
All returned products are inspected and can take up to 10 business days to process a refund.
A refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Return Instructions:
- Go to Returns to obtain a Return Request number.
- The RR # must be displayed clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
- Returns received without a valid RR # risk being refused.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- All returns must be in original packaging.
- Pack the item(s) securely.
- Do not wrap items in newsprint because it damages the product. Any items wrapped in newsprint will be returned to you.
- Enclose a copy of the original receipt.
- Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.

Do you offer exchanges?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and the merchandise is unopened and in the same condition that you received it, our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange, minus the original Shipping & Handling. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to Spiritual Food LLC as well as the return shipping charges for the exchange. A tracking number is required for all returns.

Please Note: It's important to us that you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. We will work to process online orders within 24 hours of payment and dispatch the next business day.
We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Free shipping is available on Bulk Products. This offer is only valid on orders shipped to the continental United States with UPS Ground only to one shipping address. Choosing any shipping method other than UPS Ground may result in normal shipping and handling charges. Offer not valid on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, Military APO/FPO and International locations. No promotional code is necessary; offer will automatically be reflected in your shopping bag. Spiritual Food LLC reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue this offer at any time.

What Forms of Payment does Spiritual Food LLC accept?
We accept Amazon Payments, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB Co, Ltd, MasterCard, PayPal, Shopify Pay and Visa. We do not accept checks or cash at this time.
Depending on your payment method: SPIRIT FOOD, SPIRITUAL FOOD or SP * SPIRITUALFOODLLC will appear on your billing statement for your purchase.
I received an error message when trying to check out. What does this mean?
Please verify that the billing information you have entered is the same as the information that your bank has on file. If you enter billing information that varies from what your bank has on file, then your order will not go through.
Do you restock products that are sold out?
With Back in Stock, you will receive a (1) time automated email sent with a link directly to the product page of the item you inquired and requested to be notified about. That email will be sent as soon as the specific item of your choice is added to our inventory.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
After your order is submitted, you will be directed to an order confirmation page with your order number. If you've reached this page, we've received your order and we are either reviewing your payment information or your order is ready to be processed. You should also receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your order is submitted to confirm that we received it. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
In an effort to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, your order cannot be canceled or modified once it is placed. However, you may be able to return your items to us once you receive them.
If I return my bible, does Spiritual Food LLC take a bible away from a Gospel Rescue Mission?
We accept returns that we receive within 30 days of receipt of shipment. This timeline allows us to evaluate how many bibles are final sales and can therefore be counted toward our Giving program. Once bibles are given to a Gospel Rescue Mission, they are not taken away. We would never take back bibles we give.
Does Spiritual Food LLC ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
All domestic orders ship exclusively with UPS, FedEx or USPS. Military APO/FPO orders ship via USPS Priority. International and US Protectorates orders ship via DHL Express.
Does Spiritual Food LLC ship to prisons?
Yes, we are able to ship to prisons. Please, check with the prison first for requirements prior to placing an order.
What kinds of restrictions exist specifically for Bulk Orders?
Bulk orders of 50+ units cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. or to Military APO/FPO addresses.
What is the same-day shipment cut-off time?
Orders placed before 10:00am Pacific Standard Time should be shipped the same day.
VAT, GST, and Customs Fees
The receiver will be notified by the local mail system for collection of any duties or taxes charged by their government.
How was Spiritual Food LLC started?
Our founder, Starla Thomas, grounded her works on the strength and inspiration she received in prayer and reading the word of God. The transformation of her life, health and direction came through scripture. Her purpose was reinforced when seeing her cousin who had spent 20 years on the streets battling with alcoholism revive his mind, body and soul in the Union Rescue Mission’s recovery program.
In April 2015 Starla made her first donation of NLT bibles to the mission and upon discovering the Celebrate Recovery Bible later that year she was determined to providing Spiritual Food to every man and woman in need.
For every bible that you purchase with Spiritual Food, we donate a Celebrate Recovery Bible to assist those in recovery. In essence, your purchase not only nourishes your own spirit but also feeds the spirit of others.

Is Spiritual Food LLC a non-profit organization?
Spiritual Food LLC is a for-profit company with giving at its core. To reach more people and touch more lives at a rapid rate we engage our customers to take part in the Spiritual Food movement. Every bible that you purchase from Spiritual Food LLC allows us to donate bibles to Christ Centered Homeless Shelters to support their recovery programs. Your purchase allows us to build sustainable giving efforts rather than depending on donations or fundraisers.
How does Spiritual Food LLC give bibles?
For every bible you purchase from Spiritual Food LLC we donate a Celebrate Recovery Bible to a Christ Centered Homeless Shelter. We are currently donating bibles to the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions.
