Returns/Exchange Policy

Spiritual Food LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus the original Shipping & Handling. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  A tracking number is required for all returns.  If a return was requested due to an error made by Spiritual Food LLC e.g. we shipped an incorrect item or an item was damaged/defective we will refund the S&H paid and pay for the return shipping label.

All returned products are inspected and can take up to10 business days to process a refund.

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Return Instructions:

1. Go to Returns to obtain a Return Request number.
2. The RR # must be displayed clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
3. Returns received without a valid RR # risk being refused.
4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
5. All returns must be in original packaging.
6. Pack the item(s) securely.
7. Do not wrap items in newsprint because it damages the product. Any items wrapped in newsprint will be returned to you.
8. Enclose a copy of the original receipt.
9. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.
10. Send the return package to the following address:

   11. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your item(s), and when refund is approved.

Do you offer exchanges?
